The first concrete application of our 'Habitat Partagé' model, Maison du Soleil in Mies (VD) has been welcoming autonomous and semi-autonomous seniors since January 2025. Based on the Montessori approach for seniors, it is a warm home where every inhabitant lives at home, surrounded and supported daily.

A night guard and alarm system ensure the safety and peace of mind of each inhabitant 24/7.
